This house model from our K-series offers a living space of approx. 74 m2 and a large terrace of 29 m2 with an elegant roof that is harmoniously combined with the flat saddle roof. This variant has proven popular with couples, singles, and even small families. The kitchen, dining, and living areas are on one level, with the bathroom and bedroom arranged separately. The living level offers great flexibility in room layout, some of which we have visualized for inspiration. The option to convert part of the spacious terrace into a 6 m2 utility room or an additional 6 m2 room offers additional freedom. Our unique, architect-designed house called "K-Home-S 50" will be handed over to its future owners as a modern new build on a slab foundation in accordance with the agreements.
